VP - Operations

Location: Brenham, Texas, United States; full-time on-site role

Salary: USD 156,700–250,700 per year, with potential bonus, commission, or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead plant operations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction across processes.
• Own P&L performance and manage capital and operational budgets for assigned locations.
• Direct department managers and drive continual operational and process improvements.
• Review manufacturing performance, identify operational problems, and lead corrective actions affecting schedules, costs, materials, quality, safety, service, and productivity.
• Partner with sales representatives to support existing customers and acquire new business.
• Provide performance reporting to corporate staff and maintain communication with plant employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, engineering, or a related field preferred; advanced progressive managerial or executive experience may substitute.
• At least 8 years of diversified management experience in manufacturing, preferably in print, labels, or packaging.
• Exceptional team-building, leadership, communication, customer service, mentoring, and training abilities.
• Strong quality, continuous improvement, time management, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
