Director of Operations

Location: Based in Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or Detroit, MI. Travel is required.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct operations and implement company policies to fulfill contractual responsibilities.
• Manage revenue, costs, budgets, schedules, and process improvements for strategic accounts.
• Expand business with customers, negotiate increases, and reduce operating costs.
• Lead operations through subordinate managers and provide managerial authority over Regional Operations Directors.
• Develop safety, recognition, and training programs while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Contribute to company goals, strategic vision, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing staff, including hiring, assigning work, performance evaluations, training, and problem resolution.
• Ability to ensure compliance with FLSA, OSHA, ADA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
