What you will do

• Direct product integration activities across engineering, test, and operations to optimize manufacturing flow and timely delivery.
• Manage the integrated product lifecycle through development, production, and maintenance stages.
• Oversee operational tasking, deliverables, budgets, and schedules associated with manufacturing readiness.
• Triage engineering discrepancies and provide technical direction to optimize manufacturability and maintain production momentum.
• Develop and lead vertical integration strategies across multiple products, including recovery planning and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders to deliver required verification artifacts for rocket operational service.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or physics.
• 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting complex engineered products.
• 2+ years of project management or system integration experience.
• Proficiency in logic-linked scheduling, budget/schedule variance tracking, and leadership reporting.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or specific lawful admission (refugee/asylum) is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or EVMS certification.
• Lean / 6 Sigma training.
• Experience with Cost Account Management (EVM), risk management, and configuration management.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, MES, and PLM systems.
• Experience with human spaceflight or high-performance systems.
