Program Manager (ERP Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead the PMO function for large-scale global Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash transformation programmes.
• Establish programme governance frameworks, delivery standards, reporting structures, quality controls, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain integrated programme plans, deployment roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and financial tracking.
• Lead Steering Committees, Programme Boards, and executive stakeholder meetings, including proactive risk management and escalation.
• Coordinate Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, Procurement and Finance leadership, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Drive standardized operating models, process harmonization, and global deployments across business, technology, data, change, testing, and deployment workstreams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading PMO functions for global operating model transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or equivalent ERP and procurement platforms.
• Experience establishing or transforming GBS, SSC, CoE, or BPO organizations.
• Strong understanding of programme governance, portfolio management, financial management, and executive reporting.
• Experience driving business process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
