Location: Columbia, Maryland, United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents able to obtain an interim or final suitability determination after the required background investigation.
Total compensation: $193,000–$257,000 per year, including base salary, variable pay when applicable, and benefits.

What you will do
- Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of complex programs across multiple customers and technologies.
- Ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance management.
- Develop standardized program management processes and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Support business development, capture, proposal efforts, and execution strategies while engaging senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in program management leadership roles.
- Experience in Defense and Commercial technology sectors.
- Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with process development and business capture support.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with eligibility to obtain the required suitability determination.
Nice to have
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Experience with DoD contracting and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
