Reliability and Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the Beaver Dam Plant

Salary: $102,100–$127,600 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

hirify.global is a large food manufacturing company operating plant production, packaging, utility, and wastewater facilities.

What you will do

• Direct reliability and maintenance activities across the plant, including maintenance business management, MRO inventory, CMMS, and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead safe maintenance and utility operations while maintaining assets in compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
• Plan and manage departmental budgets, asset costs, maintenance inventory, capital equipment needs, and maintenance-related capital projects with engineering.
• Coordinate major downtime activities and project requirements with manufacturing, production, engineering, and plant leadership.
• Oversee utilities and wastewater facilities, including air, steam, water, electrical, nitrogen, and ammonia systems.
• Manage maintenance staff performance, development, training, and improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, QRMP, and equipment reliability programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience and 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of packaging and mechanical operations, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, electronics and controls, utility systems, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Ability to plan and manage change in a large enterprise organization and operate a continuous 24-hour, 7-day production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for motivating, coaching, training, directing, and evaluating diverse maintenance teams.
