Maintenance Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Manage and supervise essential maintenance activities to improve asset, equipment, and process reliability.
• Develop and execute training seminars for personnel on equipment reliability programs.
• Coordinate projects to enhance machine reliability, productivity, and operational safety.
• Lead failure root cause analysis and predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Analyze machinery data to identify reliability problems and recommend repair or replacement strategies.
• Collaborate with project engineering teams to integrate maintenance efficiency into new projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 50% to 60% of the time.
• B.S. degree in engineering, industrial arts, or equivalent trade school/maintenance background.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and train staff.
• Ability to work in a multi-level plant environment and navigate machinery hazards.
• Proficiency in English is required to follow safety and work instructions.

Nice to have

• CMRP or CRL certification.
• Experience in a food processing plant.
