Enterprise Architect (Energy & Utilities)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end enterprise and solution architectures across application, data, integration, and technology domains for utility client engagements.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures, roadmaps, and high-level designs for EMS, ADMS, OMS, AMI, DERMS, CRM, ERP, and market platforms.
• Define OT/IT integration approaches using utility standards, APIs, message-based integration, and interoperable data models.
• Lead client workshops, design discussions, architecture artefact development, and stakeholder presentations.
• Establish architecture principles, conduct design reviews, and manage risks involving data quality, integration complexity, performance, and resilience.
• Contribute reference architectures, reusable patterns, accelerators, and thought leadership to the Intelligent Grid Solutions practice.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector, including architecture, solution design, or senior engineering responsibilities.
• Experience designing solutions involving ADMS, SCADA, and OMS, plus at least one of AMI, DERMS, CRM, ERP, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of grid operations, including outage management, switching, network planning, distributed generation, and flexibility.
• Practical experience with IEC-60870-5-104, ICCP, CIM/IEC 61968/61970/62325, REST APIs, and integration architectures.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud and hybrid architectures in a utility context.
• Degree or HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Power Engineering, or a related discipline, plus TOGAF Foundation, Practitioner, or equivalent enterprise architecture training.
