Supervisor, Production Night Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States. Onsite night shift: 5 PM–5 AM on a 3/2/2 schedule; 5%–10% travel required.

What you will do

• Direct and supervise production personnel to achieve safe, efficient, and effective operations.
• Execute production priorities according to the work schedule and customer demand.
• Manage plant-floor activities and improve the utilization of materials, labor, and manufacturing resources.
• Address safety, quality, personnel, and process issues, including incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Review operating reports with plant personnel and other departments to identify operational changes.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and employee engagement activities while maintaining strong plant-floor visibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience and at least 2 years in a formal leadership position.
• Ability to maintain constant alertness, work safely in a safety-sensitive environment, and handle workplace stress.
• Ability to assess performance, coach and develop employees, lead by example, and communicate effectively across roles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing-facility operations, safety requirements, electrical and mechanical equipment, logistics equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
• Availability outside normal work hours is required.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment.
• Two years of experience in a union setting, when applicable.
