What you will do

• Lead client-facing projects or workstreams as a Senior Associate.
• Manage project activities according to project size, scope, and assigned responsibilities.
• Conduct intensive data analysis and identify the key implications and actionable insights.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations.
• Build trusted client relationships through substantial project interaction.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada for this position.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in roles using Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for quickly establishing relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM certification.
• US Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent, or Recruiting certification.
• Experience supporting a Workday Payroll implementation at a Workday partner firm or on the client side.
