What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned ERP customers post-go-live to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and upcoming initiatives.
• Provide continuous functional and business process consulting to improve system usage and efficiency.
• Advise on system architecture, integrations, reporting, workflows, and customization strategies.
• Partner with support, engineering, and ISV teams to address customer needs and influence future product enhancements.
• Support Customer Success teams in identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or Commerce.
• 5+ years of ERP software implementation experience, specifically in construction, distribution, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts including ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits, and credits.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
• Proven ability to present, demonstrate software, and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record in business software consulting.
