What you will do

• Own the internal hirify.global ERP environment and lead implementation, configuration, customization, maintenance, and ongoing support.
• Gather business requirements and develop workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Establish ERP security procedures, maintain data integrity, and coordinate disaster recovery activities.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders, resolve issues within internal SLAs, and create training and documentation.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop business cases for enhancements and new implementations.
• Manage multiple ERP projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, with responsibility for plans, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud-based ERP systems such as hirify.global, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems, including configuration, customization, integration, delivery, and stakeholder support.
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ERP-related certifications, including hirify.global Business Consultant, System Administrator, Application Developer, or comparable credentials.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
• Additional experience with cloud computing platforms, ERP integrations, customization, and development.
