Senior Manager, IT - Global Procure to Pay (SAP)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: CAD 118,600–148,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Act as the SAP solution architect and subject matter expert for global procure-to-pay and Accounts Payable capabilities.
• Own the global PTP and Accounts Payable template and drive process standardization across the organization.
• Lead internal teams and external service providers through project implementation while managing multiple global projects.
• Gather business requirements, develop functional specifications, manage test cases, and oversee end-to-end PTP applications.
• Configure global vendor payment processing and banking integrations across check, wire, EFT, ACH, e-payables, SCF, and BMG payment methods.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, demand management, capital requests, cost-benefit analysis, vendors, and software license renewals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Information Systems experience, including SAP functional and configuration experience.
• 2–4 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, Accounts Payable, vendor payment processes, SAP Materials Management, and PTP applications.
• Deep understanding of SAP and non-SAP integrations, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP DRC, SAP Integration Suite, SAP MDG, Ariba Suite, SAP Business Network, Saviynt, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, on-premises solutions, OCR and invoice management systems, and electronic government invoice compliance.
• Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, logical, prioritization, and complex problem-solving skills.
