Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consulting Manager (D365 F&SC)

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada; willingness to travel up to 75%.

Compensation: CAD 103,500–176,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Manage project governance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Lead functional areas and contribute to solution architecture from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Direct onshore and offshore implementation teams and coordinate with clients and internal support teams.
• Support the continued growth of the Dynamics consulting practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain or earlier versions.
• Experience managing at least four full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
• Previous experience as a functional or technical lead for a Finance or Supply Chain implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce processes.
• Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and methodologies, plus excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in consumer products, retail, food and beverage, life sciences, industrial products, or government contracting.
• PMP certification or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain certifications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform implementation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
