Microsoft D365 CE Managed Services Senior Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation range: CAD 86,500–149,600 per year, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Design and develop Microsoft D365 CE solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Maintain environments by deploying solutions, applying updates, and refreshing instances.
• Troubleshoot business application and supporting infrastructure issues.
• Provide functional and technical remote consulting to clients and support requirements analysis.
• Configure and extend D365 CE systems with client teams using Microsoft tools.
• Manage issues and projects across multiple clients, including occasional night and weekend work.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of CRM functionality across Sales, Marketing/Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Studio, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft products such as FSC, BC, and GP, as well as external systems through web services and APIs.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, JavaScript, SQL, KingswaySoft, Scribe, Boomi, and SSRS with FetchXML-based reporting.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
