Dual-Site Community Manager

Location: Onsite at Altus Towson Row and The York in Towson, Maryland, United States. Periodic travel may be required, with daytime business hours and non-traditional hours during peak periods, emergencies, and inclement weather.

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, development, and team performance across two communities.
• Manage property administration, inspections, policies, procedures, emergencies, vendor matters, contracts, and risk-management activities.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, compliant, and operationally sound facilities while coordinating preventative maintenance and capital projects.
• Plan and execute the annual apartment turnover process, including inspections, vendor coordination, unit preparation, and deadline management.
• Prepare and manage budgets, expenditures, payroll, collections, forecasting, revenue targets, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Improve resident experience, monitor feedback, support sales performance, manage escalated concerns, and achieve property KPIs.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• 3+ years of experience managing living communities and a team of 3 or more.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, conflict management, confidentiality, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with vendor management and property management systems; Entrata is preferred.
• Availability for daytime business hours plus non-traditional hours during peak periods, emergencies, and inclement weather.
