Apartment Community Manager - Verdant Peachtree Creek

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA; on-site at the apartment community

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
• Manage the property budget and support revenue growth and financial performance.
• Drive resident satisfaction and provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a related industry.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team and use sales processes and metrics to drive results.
• General understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce; reliable transportation and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, typically 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
