General Manager Accelerated Trainee (GMAP)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; rotational assignments may take place across business units in the area, with willingness to relocate for post-program placement.

What you will do

• Complete cross-functional rotations across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Analyze sales, gross profit, inventory, and other business performance metrics to support decisions.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Participate in formal training, leadership workshops, and project-based learning.
• Build relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders while upholding safety, compliance, and ethical practices.

Requirements

• MBA completed or expected within 12 months.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational understanding of business finance, operations, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to work across local business units and relocate for post-program placement.
