Manager in Training (Operations): Developing emerging leaders through a rigorous 9-week program combining on-the-job training, structured virtual learning, in-person mentorship, and on-site operations training with an accent on team development, client engagement, and safety program management. Focus on building operational leadership, managing team performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving performance across SBM sites.
Location: Boise, Idaho, United States. On-site operations training is required, and candidates must be able to relocate for the role.
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do
- Complete a rigorous 9-week management training program.
- Participate in on-site training across core business operations.

- Manage safety programs in collaboration with site leadership, safety, and client operations.
Requirements
- Ability to relocate for the role
- Emerging leadership potential and interest in operational management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Availability for day shifts, weekends, on-call work, and variable schedules.
