What you will do

• Manage complex transportation projects from scope development through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Develop project management plans covering risks, communications, quality assurance, stakeholders, schedules, resources, and costs.
• Lead project delivery teams and coordinate internal partners, external partners, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, support costs, capital costs, resources, changes, and status reporting.
• Mentor staff on project Plans, Specifications, and Estimates and perform quality checks and quality assurance.
• Guide the application of design standards, policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• 8–10 years of project management experience.
• California SE license required.
• Strong project management, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related project tools.
