Senior Project Manager

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead large, complex projects from proposal development through completion as the primary project advocate and client contact.
• Plan and manage project resources, subcontractors, procurement, budgets, cash flows, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop execution plans, estimates, risk mitigation strategies, competitive quotes, and contract documentation.
• Direct Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and Project Coordinators across multiple offices and site locations.
• Manage change orders, project billing, earned value tracking, cost performance, disputes, and contract issues.
• Maintain clear communication, reporting, project documentation, and safety leadership across project disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
• 8–15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant complexity, risk, and breadth.
• Knowledge and experience in project management, project controls, and construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and quality-control skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project; PMP certification required.
