What you will do
- Implement manufacturing systems aligned with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Ensure client-specific production programs are executed and maintained.
- Optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
- Maintain and improve the manufacturing quality system.
- Coordinate manufacturing needs with plant and central functional areas.
- Develop cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects while promoting a productive and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate English.
- More than 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience administering manufacturing systems.
- Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
