Cross Functional Store Manager in Training

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; on-site at 6601 Odana Road. Rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required. Occasional travel for meetings, training, and special assignments is expected.

Annual salary: $65,800–$115,200, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 10–15 associates across sales, service, merchandising, and operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve store budgets and performance metrics.
• Plan daily operations, monitor staffing levels, and ensure associates have the tools and training needed to support customers.
• Analyze and present business results to the Location General Manager and other stakeholders.
• Provide associate development, engagement, feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection, risk management, operational, and environmental, health, and safety standards.
