Program Finance Systems Analyst II (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; office or hybrid environment with occasional travel for training or meetings.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Integrated Program Management business software.
• Configure, test, and support deployment of IPM software products.
• Manage user and role-based security and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver solutions for program finance and scheduling teams.
• Collaborate with application teams, users, corporate functions, and business-area stakeholders.
• Conduct user training and document processes, configurations, and system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related area; 6 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra or similar Integrated Program Management software.
• Strong facilitation skills for addressing complex IT and business stakeholder concerns.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for employment because an active U.S. security clearance is needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry, DoD programs, government contracting, or public auditing.
• Advanced knowledge of IPM and ERP systems, including Deltek PPM, Encore Analytics, Midnite Dynamics, and SSI Tools.
• Advanced Deltek Cobra troubleshooting and administration experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, GAAP, CAS, and program management processes.
• Experience documenting technical requirements and conducting stakeholder learning sessions.
