Earned Value Management Analysts (All Levels) (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States. Some positions may require regular travel to out-of-state customer sites.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate earned value management analyses and develop processes and standards for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and distributing cost and schedule data.
• Perform schedule risk analyses, prepare at-completion cost estimates, and produce formal reports and briefings.
• Assess contractor EVM system compliance and prepare surveillance plans to ensure accurate, reliable, and consistent data.
• Develop and apply assessment techniques to ensure EVM services and work products are timely and responsive to program needs.
• Advise Integrated Product Teams on cost, schedule, and performance trends, and report significant EVM issues with recommended corrective actions.
• Coordinate and participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews, conduct EVM training, and provide brief earned value analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, business, engineering, science, or a related discipline; the degree requirement may be waived with additional relevant experience.
• Relevant experience commensurate with the position level; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Winsight, Cobra, and other Deltek software.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
