Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (Cell Therapy): Driving adoption of Kite CAR T therapies across academic treatment centers and community referral networks with an accent on strategic account ownership, patient referral pathways, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building hematology/oncology relationships, coordinating patient access and reimbursement education, and leading cross-functional teams to overcome operational and market barriers.

Location: Field-based in Houston, Texas, United States; territory covers Dallas South. Approximately 25% travel required.

Salary: $177,905–$230,230 per year, plus potential annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Own account strategy, performance, execution, and growth for designated Authorized Treatment Centers and community referral networks.
  • Drive appropriate patient identification, referrals, therapy adoption, and demand for Kite CAR T therapies through compliant education and engagement.
  • Build relationships with physicians, referrers, transplant teams, administrators, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Map and optimize patient referral pathways and support patient access, reimbursement education, cell therapy coordination, and ATC readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Market Access, Operations, and ATC Onboarding teams.
  • Represent Kite at scientific congresses, speaker programs, and peer-to-peer educational forums while meeting sales goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • PhD or PharmD plus 2+ years, master’s degree plus 6+ years, or bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in rare disease, hematology/oncology, or complex accounts.
  • Proven success in rare disease pharmaceutical, hematology/oncology, or complex account sales.
  • Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business, analytical, planning, execution, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization in a fast-paced field-based environment.
  • Ability to work in the Houston, Texas field territory and travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

  • Hematology/oncology or cell therapy experience.
  • Launch experience in academic hospital or transplant center settings.
  • Experience leading cross-functional account teams without direct authority.
  • Experience translating data into actionable account strategy.
