Location: Richmond, Virginia; territory covers Richmond, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, and Norfolk. The role includes approximately 30% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend commitments. No relocation assistance is provided.
Annual salary: $145,311β$196,597 for Account Manager Level 4 or $158,931β$215,025 for Specialty Account Manager Level 5.

What you will do
- Represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals and drive demand through disease-state and product education.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve annual sales goals.
- Manage assigned accounts and coordinate field teams to address account needs.
- Support access, pull-through, reimbursement, and site-of-care activities with patient services and market access teams.
- Build customer relationships, communicate account needs internally, and provide timely territory updates.
- Attend medical congresses and society meetings, manage budgets, complete training, and maintain accurate administrative records.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or hospital sales experience; alternatively, an associate degree and 6 years, or a high school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant sales experience.
- For Specialty Account Manager Level 5: doctorate and 2 years, masterβs degree and 6 years, bachelorβs degree and 8 years, or associate degree and 10 years of combined account management, sales, and commercial experience.
- Pharmaceutical account-management selling experience and the ability to coordinate across field teams are essential.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Buy-and-bill experience with documented success and/or biologic or infusion experience.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology or rare and specialty disease states.
- Site-of-care, reimbursement, institutional, or integrated delivery network experience.
