Quality Production Associate (Manufacturing)

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Starting pay: $25.70 per hour plus shift differentials, overtime opportunities, and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Operate electric lift trucks and yard trucks safely throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect, charge, and refuel lift trucks and complete required OSHA documentation.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials while following warehouse traffic lanes and safety procedures.
• Operate the palletizer and perform product quality inspections.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts and complete shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Ability to read shipping documents, work instructions, and inventory paperwork.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Full-time onsite work in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Nice to have

• Experience operating electric forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, distribution, or production experience.
