Production Supervisor (Manufacturing Release Line)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing facility role

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year, with individual pay based on role scope, experience, education, skills, and internal pay equity.

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas and provide daily support to manufacturing team members in union and non-union environments.
• Plan and facilitate work to meet production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support employee development.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards while maintaining tools, materials, records, and process documentation.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and resolve product and process nonconformances.
• Support maintenance, continuous improvement, value stream, standard work, machine, material, and assembly initiatives, including leading Kaizen events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to supervise, schedule, evaluate, and recommend personnel actions for employees performing similar work.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, technical materials, and government regulations.
• Ability to analyze information, make decisions within established policies, communicate effectively, and prepare routine reports.
