Manufacturing Intern - Kenosha

What you will do

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing plant areas to understand the overall production process.
• Support plant team members with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Research new and existing projects and contribute to major decision-making.
• Identify problems, develop proposed solutions, and apply a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attend department meetings, act on feedback, and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Create and present an internship project and outcomes presentation to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• No prior experience in the field, position, or people/project management is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
• Commitment to workplace safety, task prioritization, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
