Supervisor, Production

Location: West Jefferson, Ohio, United States; primarily onsite in a production or warehouse setting

What you will do

• Supervise production employees across manufacturing activities.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, cost, and profitability.
• Monitor machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet internal and external customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, technical issues, and order complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies, standards, processes, and plant operations.
• Understanding of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished-goods inventory, suppliers, and movement of goods through the manufacturing cycle.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Occasional travel required.
