Production Associate I (Filtration Manufacturing)

Location: Timonium, Maryland, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $19.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery and advanced production equipment.
• Assemble filtration products according to detailed specifications, including weighing, measuring, and simple calculations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure filtration products meet required standards.
• Support process improvements while collaborating with production teams in a safety-focused environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to one year of experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment, or other applicable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications, safety protocols, and company procedures while working effectively with a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ladder climbing.

Nice to have

• Experience working around machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality inspection experience.
