Production Associate II (Filtration Manufacturing)

Location: Timonium, Maryland, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $20.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing machinery and advanced production equipment.
• Assemble filtration and melt blown cartridge products according to detailed specifications.
• Perform weighing, measuring, and simple mathematical calculations during production.
• Conduct quality checks and support product standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace while following company procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to two years of experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment, or relatable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Nice to have

• Experience working with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Quality inspection experience.
