Sr. Production Associate I (Filtration Manufacturing)

Location: Timonium, Maryland, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Sunday–Thursday

Salary: $22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Assemble filtration products according to detailed specifications, including weighing, measuring, and basic calculations.
• Conduct quality checks and quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with production teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications, company procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Nice to have

• Experience working with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Previous quality inspection experience.
