VDC Project Manager (BIM)

What you will do

• Develop and implement company-wide VDC standards, templates, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Manage discipline-specific BIM models and coordinate model-based planning with project teams, subcontractors, and designers.
• Conduct clash detection, constructability reviews, geolocation, design verification, and QA/QC using BIM and construction technology tools.
• Integrate point clouds, laser scans, drone data, and field layouts while maintaining as-built models throughout construction.
• Train teams on VDC tools, manage organized data storage, and research emerging construction technologies.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in construction, engineering, or design, including at least 5 years of direct BIM coordination experience.
• Expertise in BIM model management and reality capture technologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ReCap, and MicroStation.
• Proficiency with DroneDeploy, DJI Terra, and Pix4D; experience operating and processing drone data.
• Strong understanding of survey principles, construction documents, scanned point-cloud data, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; FAA Part 107 certification is required.
