Senior BIM Lead (Water)

Salary: $116,930.89–$133,635.31 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and coordination issues.
• Provide hands-on support for BIM software, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Manage the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts, and applications.
• Review project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
• Define BIM deliverables with clients, analyze project metrics, and train and mentor project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• At least 15 years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with parametric design and coding in Revit Dynamo Script.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage specialists, and mentor junior staff.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in BIM management.
• Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.
• Programming proficiency in C# and Python.
