Quality Manager Electronics

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least four days per week at the hirify.global center. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Set medium- and long-term quality strategy and operating plans for complex product lines.
• Define quality guidelines across quality assurance, product quality control, incoming quality control, and customer issue management.
• Lead continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency, competitiveness, product quality, and process consistency.
• Manage quality functions, budgets, priorities, timetables, resources, and performance metrics.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop the quality team while resolving team issues and conflicts.
• Lead compliance with internal, domestic, and international quality regulations and communicate with leadership, customers, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of experience in a quality or manufacturing setting.
• At least two years of experience in a quality or manufacturing leadership role, through direct supervision or technical team leadership.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, at least four days per week.
• Ability to follow corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and environmental health and safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Expertise in quality assurance, product quality control, incoming inspection, Six Sigma, ISO standards, and warranty analysis.
• Experience administering ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and using Statistical Process Control or other advanced analytical methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders, teams, customers, and regulators.
