Quality Engineer

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 per year, with potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer support, and other cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing and quality challenges.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma problem-solving efforts.
• Support customer and supplier quality activities and help maintain strong quality partnerships.
• Support APQP activities for new products and processes.
• Develop quality standards, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and process controls.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, participate in audits, and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related environment.
• Experience with quality tools, quality systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, PPAP, and process capability studies.
• Ability to work onsite in Anoka, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Internal Auditor training or quality certifications.
