Staff Quality Assurance Engineer (E3) (Manufacturing Quality)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $93,000–$136,400 annually, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage Quality Management System documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, process audits, walkthroughs, and post-audit corrective actions.
• Own the Electrostatic Discharge prevention program across electronics manufacturing operations.
• Present manufacturing yield data, product metrics, and quality KPIs to manufacturing leadership and international sites.
• Conduct root cause analysis, implement process updates and system validations, and drive issues through sustainable resolution.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and traceability while identifying continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis, Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or another Engineering discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a high-mix, medium-volume hardware manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience managing ESD programs in electronics manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality auditing standards and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, coach engineers and technicians, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, plus familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Minitab.
