Salary: $19.25–$23.25 per hour, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead customer service and sales-floor activities for families shopping for children’s apparel and baby essentials.
• Build product and brand expertise and coach team members on styles, features, benefits, and service standards.
• Execute assigned business priorities through planning, follow-through, and performance tracking.
• Serve as Leader on Duty, drive results, and resolve customer concerns appropriately and promptly.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and use feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support asset protection, safety awareness, operational controls, and a positive, inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use common computer and technology tools, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
