Luxury Bridal Manager (Jared Jewelers)

Location: Jared Jewelers - Meridian Square, Aurora, Illinois, United States; onsite

Base pay: $15.75–$20.10 plus commission on sales; final rate depends on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead total bridal category performance, including sales, customer behaviors, and presentation standards.
• Act as the in-store expert on diamonds, emotional storytelling, payment options, and confident closing.
• Own bridal visual merchandising and align displays with launches, key moments, and selling priorities.
• Observe or coach one bridal presentation per team member each month and provide actionable feedback.
• Improve conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors, and other key performance indicators.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop bridal talent while reinforcing teamwork and accountability.

Requirements

• Expertise in bridal jewelry, diamonds, customer storytelling, and sales closing.
• Ability to coach team members and build consistent, repeatable bridal sales behaviors.
• Ability to lead visual merchandising and maintain bridal presentation standards.
• Ability to work full time onsite at the Aurora, Illinois location.
