Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Location: Waterloo, New York, USA (Geneva - Coach); full-time, store-based role

Salary: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, maintain accountability for business goals, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Mentor the team in clienteling strategies, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Strong leadership presence, business acumen, customer focus, and ability to drive results.
• Ability to recruit, coach, develop, and provide direct positive and corrective feedback to team members.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
