Floor Supervisor – Melrose

Location: Los Angeles, CA, USA; onsite retail role

Compensation: $22–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Lead daily sales-floor operations and model exceptional customer service and sales behavior.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate part-time and seasonal associates.
• Deliver personalized shopping experiences, styling advice, and professional issue resolution.
• Support sales targets, KPI execution, transactions, and digital or cash sales accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product pricing, replenishment, cleanliness, and store organization.
• Support inventory tracking, stock organization, shipment processing, and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Previous retail or supervisory experience with demonstrated success in sales and customer service.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Strong customer-service, problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
• Positive outlook, high energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm for outdoor products and the hirify.global brand.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and the holiday season from the second week of December through the end of the holiday period.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
