Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite in hangar and facility environments
Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annual

What you will do
- Supervise Quality Assurance personnel and oversee Inspection Department operations.
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, repair station manuals, training programs, operations procedures, and ISO/AS9110 requirements.
- Represent inspection practices and continuous airworthiness matters before regulatory authorities, including submitting required FAA reports.
- Create, review, and revise quality manuals and procedures, and maintain inspector qualification and training records.
- Conduct facility audits, monitor calibration and NIST traceability, and oversee aircraft weight and balance and stockroom segregation activities.
- Manage subordinate supervisors, plan departmental work, and advise leadership on maintenance capabilities, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 15 years of aviation experience across multiple aircraft types.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Chief Inspector or Quality Supervisor supporting heavy maintenance, modification, and repair projects.
- Must meet FAA Chief Inspector qualification requirements under 14 CFR Part 145.
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate and Inspection Authorization required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inspection tracking systems, and aviation maintenance software; MISA experience is preferred.
