I-Inspector (Aerospace)

Location: Kent, Washington, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of critical parts and assemblies across First Article, in-process, incoming-material, and final inspection.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, model-based definitions, specifications, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Select and use appropriate measuring devices for different inspection applications.
• Complete First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102.
• Research planning, work orders, purchase orders, engineering documents, and related inspection records to resolve inspection requirements.
• Document findings and prepare reports to accept or reject products while communicating issues across departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of quality assurance or inspection experience; aerospace or aviation experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Forms.
• Strong reading, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting and following procedures, contracts, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, qualifying temporary residents, refugees, or asylees.
