Contract Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead program execution for the creation and delivery of a web-based internal tool for non-technical users.
• Manage Agile program frameworks supporting iterative delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team and serve as the primary liaison between Sponsor stakeholders, internal leadership, and subcontractors.
• Translate Sponsor mission needs into actionable program objectives and technical tasks.
• Lead post-deployment maintenance, updates, and enhancements focused on continued compliance and usability.
• Ensure objectives, deliverables, and performance standards remain aligned with Sponsor requirements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
• 10+ years of program management experience using Agile methodologies.
• PMP certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing classified intelligence-community programs.
• Experience with subcontract management and completion-based contracts.
