Program Manager (Clearance Required)

What you will do

• Manage the development, deployment, and integration of security and DevOps strategies into existing environments.
• Lead software development program activities, including quality assurance, system administration, training teams, and development deliveries.
• Plan and manage multiple projects, feature roadmaps, release plans, schedules, risks, and contingency plans.
• Prioritize tasks across customer groups, manage expectations, and coordinate with development teams to deploy enterprise capabilities.
• Brief customers, stakeholders, and management on program capabilities and status.
• Define measurable metrics to track progress and return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Previous program management experience and experience working effectively with internal and external customers.
• Experience with strategic planning, tactical program execution, legacy systems, and enterprise IT applications.
• Experience with Lean Agile principles, traditional product management methodologies, and project or requirements management tools.
• Active PMP certification in good standing required.
• TS/SCI+ clearance required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating program lifecycle documentation, user requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience supporting projects using Amazon Web Services or Azure.
• Experience with security solutions, business process management, and modern technologies such as Java, Python, Angular, Spring Boot, React, Vue, and JavaScript.
