Staff Technical Program Manager (Security)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: USD $140,400–$372,300 per year, with potential benefits, annual bonus, and stock depending on role eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver complex technical programs.
• Build and execute comprehensive program plans, manage dependencies and risks, and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, product, design, go-to-market, and business functions.
• Deliver security capabilities covering application security, software supply chain security, AI-powered security, and developer platforms.
• Communicate program status, create alignment, and provide tradeoff recommendations to senior leaders.
• Improve TPM operations by developing reusable tools, frameworks, and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development; degree-based alternatives are accepted.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• 7+ years working with engineering, product, and business teams to launch and iterate products.
• Technical understanding of software architecture and product design, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience leading complex technical programs and collaborating with security engineers, architects, and product leaders.
• Ability to work 100% remotely in a globally distributed team and travel when needed to support program goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with application security, AI-powered developer experiences, software supply chain technologies, or developer platforms.
• Expertise in agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience identifying complex blockers, mitigating risks, and delivering through cross-organizational collaboration.
