Program Manager- PEO Execution Group (Defense): Supporting U.S. Air Force fighter and advanced aircraft capability planning, acquisition, modernization, and sustainment with an accent on program strategy, requirements development, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on building integrated schedules, assessing acquisition risks and technology maturity, preparing milestone documentation, and supporting test and evaluation across the full acquisition life cycle.

What you will do
- Support U.S. Air Force fighter and advanced aircraft capability planning, modernization, sustainment, and acquisition programs.
- Analyze warfighter requirements, technology maturity, acquisition risks, life-cycle costs, and potential materiel solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules, including schedule risk assessments and Monte Carlo-based analysis.
- Prepare and coordinate acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, executive briefings, requirements documents, and program assessments.
- Support program reviews, working groups, design reviews, test readiness activities, source selections, and Earned Value Management analysis.
- Coordinate with Air Force organizations, government offices, contractors, industry partners, and cross-functional teams across the acquisition life cycle.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
- Alternatively, 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
- Experience with USAF MAJCOM operations, DoD and USAF acquisition regulations, program management policies, and procedures.
- Experience supporting capability planning, systems acquisition, requirements development, risk management, scheduling, logistics, testing, and program documentation.
