Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Multiple U.S. states; on-site presence required at program sites as necessary, with periodic travel for customer reviews, program management reviews, and site visits.

Salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year, depending on experience, location, contract award terms, and other factors.

What you will do

• Provide overall management for a secure data processing and distribution enclave supporting Space Domain Awareness data.
• Own program performance, cost, schedule, quality, process improvements, and service delivery across the period of performance.
• Develop project-level schedules and provide monthly status, risk, performance, funds, cost, and labor reporting.
• Interface with the Government Contracting Officer, COR, Program Management Office, and hirify.global executive leadership.
• Lead Program Management Reviews and represent the program in system-related meetings.
• Oversee transition activities and ensure an on-time move into steady-state operational sustainment.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP access required or attainable.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or management discipline.
• 12 or more years of relevant program or project management experience, including DoD or Intelligence Community sustainment or mission operations contracts.
• Experience managing multi-site, multi-classification programs and delivering contracts on time and within budget.
• Periodic travel and on-site presence at program sites are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and PMP certification.
• Experience with secure data processing enclaves, classified sustainment contracts, Space Domain Awareness systems, U.S. Space Force, or Intelligence Community missions.
• Experience managing subcontractors, prime-contractor relationships, Earned Value Management, and CLIN-level financial reporting.
• DAWIA Level III or equivalent DoD program management certification.
